■Summary
The AquaPen is a convenient, lightweight, portable PAM fluorometer for fast, reliable, and easily repeatable measurements of photosynthetic parameters in suspensions of algae and cyanobacteria.
AquaPenAP110-C is equipped with blue and red LED emitters, which with optical filtering can be precisely focused to irradiate the measurement sample with a light intensity of up to 3000 µmol.m-2.s-1. Masu.
