About This Product

■Summary

Thermoluminescence instruments can investigate the structure of PSII energy levels. Photoinduced charge separation at the PSII reaction center results in the accumulation of radical pairs that store the absorbed light energy. Heating induces the recombination of these radical pairs, triggering luminescence and the formation of a characteristic thermoluminescence glow curve.

■Features

Thermoluminescence under high temperature appears as a result of lipid peroxide accumulation and can be used as a simple and efficient tool to monitor oxidative stress in plants. TL6000=E-TL6000 ・Uses a highly sensitive photomultiplier tube as a detector ・Temperature range -100~200℃ - Designed to be unaffected by external light, allowing measurements under laboratory conditions ・Touch screen display for real-time data display and device configuration

・Create and save experimental protocols ・Protocol scripting using FluorWin Wizard ・Search and export experimental data ・Data manipulation and visualization ・Compatible with Windows 7 or later

■Others

A protocol script consists of three parts: the protocol header, the experiment settings, and the experiment body. Users can change experiment settings by rewriting the protocol script. Modifying the header and configuration sections is possible without any knowledge of protocol scripts. Editing the experiment body section is for more experienced users.
