About This Product

■Summary

A NIST traceable spectral irradiance standard light source with values ​​in the wavelength range of 250-4,500nm. It serves as a reference for spectral irradiance, total irradiance, illuminance, and color temperature. You can choose from multiple models with different calibration wavelength ranges. We also offer long-term stability options with <0.06%/hour and ultra-high accuracy options with ±0.5% uncertainty. Optronic Laboratories offers 1,000W FEL type lamps as standard for spectral irradiance, total irradiance, illuminance, and color temperature. These lamps have a tungsten filament enclosed in a small piece of quartz glass. The lamp mount is a medium-sized bipost base recommended by the National Institute of Standards (NIST). This special lamp base improves alignment accuracy and minimizes uncertainties due to lamp position and orientation. Spectral irradiance standards provided by Optronic Laboratories can be obtained with spectral irradiance calibration over all or part of the wavelength range from 250 to 4,500 nm. Calibration is based on the NIST spectral irradiance scale for wavelengths from 250 to 2,400 nm and the copper freezing point blackbody for wavelengths above 2,400 nm. NIST scale uncertainties are 1% in the visible range, 2.5% in the ultraviolet range at 250 nm, and 3% in the infrared range at 2,000 nm. Calibration in the 250-2,400nm wavelength range is available in two accuracies: high accuracy and ultra-high accuracy.
