About This Product

■Summary

The RS-15 total flux standard light source is a total flux light source mainly used for calibrating integrating spheres and measuring spectrometers. RS-15 uses tungsten halogen lamp and is 5W-75W. It can be used as a standard light source for NIST traceable spectral radiant flux or total luminous flux. In order to maintain the radiant flux output, we recommend combining it with the company's regulated power supply model RS-4. The RS-15 total luminous flux standard light source is a high-precision total flux light source that is mainly used for calibrating integrating spheres and optical measuring instruments, and adjusting detection devices. Light sources are available from 5W to 200W. The RS-15 can be used as a standard source for spectral radiant flux or luminous flux according to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). To maintain a nearly constant radiant flux output, the RS-15 uses a tungsten-halogen lamp. For the power supply, we use the ultra-stable constant current power supply model RS-4, which utilizes a precision shunt current measurement/comparison circuit built into the light source. For RS-15 light sources, we recommend using the RS-15-G4 Kelvin socket assembly. Using a 4-wire socket and separating the current supply and sense lead contacts for each lamp pin reproduces the lamp power state with low uncertainty during calibration, ensuring the highest possible accuracy. In addition to outstanding technical strength and functionality, Gamma Scientific is ISO/IEC17025 certified by NVLAP (NVLAP Lab Code 200823-0).
