About This Product

■Summary

With the vehicle stationary, measure the headlamp cut-off line projected onto a calibrated screen at a distance of 25 m. If a goniometer is not used, the center beam can only be evaluated in the H range of approximately ±15°. A vehicle position reference guide is included for vehicle positioning. ・Visual evaluation of optical aiming and checking of auto-leveling system ・Rating evaluation (CIE S 021, C-NCAP, HSPR, IIHS, etc.) ・On-board testing of automotive lighting regulations such as UN R48/149, FMVSS 108 or related GB standards ・In-vehicle lighting check and performance benchmark of previous series

■Vehicle alignment inspection device

Device for checking the X/Y/Z position of the vehicle and headlamps, wheel position and steering angle relative to calibrated screens and measurement sensors ・Up to 15 floor-mounted reference points are fixed to the floor at vehicle positioning points. ・Mobile vehicle tactile scanning system, absolute probing accuracy ±0.1mm ・WiFi-connectable tablet control pad for transmitting vehicle shape data to the system workstation ・Compliant with ISO10360-8 Annex D and comes with a certificate traceable to national metrology standards CCD camera
