About This Product

■Summary

- Photometer heads manufactured by LMT in Germany are available in various types from φ5mm to φ30mm. ・We guarantee an accuracy of 1.0% or less for the S type and 2.5% or less for the F type with respect to the standard luminous efficiency f1. - If you wish to measure illuminance with the highest accuracy, you can select a receiver with temperature control function.

■Features

・Supports various photodetector sizes from φ5mm to φ30mm ・Comes with a calibration certificate compliant with PTB (German Metrology Institute) ・The light receiving part has high accuracy (f1<1.0%) compared to standard luminous efficiency ・A waterproof type is available for outdoor use.

■Mosaic filtering

LMT's specialty is that it manufactures advanced mosaic filters. It achieves the most accurate spectral sensitivity of the human eye, V (λ), by very finely tuning tiny glass particles. LMT's photodetector uses high quality silicon diode elements with near perfect linearity. In addition, the V (λ) curve uses a long-term stable glass filter based on our own mosaic filter. The process begins with the batch production of over 200 types of glass, each lot being characterized in-house and tested by the perfect human eye with the smallest possible deviation from V (λ) and an average error f1'≤0.8%. We manufacture mosaic filters that approximate the reaction of The glass blocks are cut into small pieces, further refined, and finally fine-tuned into the various mosaic filters used in LMT receivers. ・Spectral characteristics of standard luminous efficiency V (λ) f1'≤0.8% Instruments using LMT receivers exhibit a total measurement uncertainty of less than 3%, characterized as Class L. (Laboratory use exceeding EN 13032-1 for normal light incidence) ・The LMT optical receiver has a built-in amplifier, an optional temperature stabilization function, and is capable of autonomous calibration independent of data output. - All receivers come with a National Metrology Institute-compliant calibration certificate.
