■Summary
The OL750 is a highly versatile spectroradiometric measurement system that can perform various optical radiation measurements in the ultraviolet, visible, and infrared with high precision using computer control. The OL750 uses a wide range of accessories and powerful software to create a system that meets the user's desired measurement requirements, and allows for future expansion of measurement items by adding accessories. .
Single (OL750S) and double (OL750D) gratings can be selected. By combining this basic system with a wide range of options and accessories, it is possible to measure some or all of the wavelength range from 200nm to 30μm.
■Features
With configurable gratings, blocking filters, and slits, the OL750 can be set up over the entire power range of the solar spectrum. You can also choose from a wide range of accessories for measuring reflectance (diffuse and specular components) and calculating internal and external quantum efficiency (IQE, EQE). In addition, a white light source accessory can be used to raise the cell's active region to normal operating energy levels while allowing the spectroscopic response to be measured.
