■High efficiency & high juice extraction rate

It uses a pinion drive system driven by a motor-directly connected reducer, and uses bearings for high efficiency. In addition, by adjusting the pressure of the top roll, it is possible to squeeze up to 40% of the juice based on sugarcane (long grain). The motor drive and bearings ensure smooth operation with low noise.

■Tough and long life

The rolls are made of a special cast metal that is highly resistant to wear and fatigue, maintaining a high juice extraction rate and long life. Depending on your request, we can modify the specifications to suit your application and increase the throughput.

■Reducing the volume of industrial waste

By crushing and dewatering industrial waste from various plants, the volume of industrial waste is reduced, and processing costs can be expected to be reduced.
