About This Product

A FRP layer is formed on the inner surface of the underground tank to prevent leakage.

■Current status

・In recent years, leakage accidents due to aging or electrolytic corrosion have been on the rise. - Underground tanks are currently only legally required to undergo pressure testing. - Underground tanks without manholes make it difficult to conduct visual inspections that can confirm corrosion. ・The current Fire Service Act does not specify the service life of underground tanks, and it is impossible to predict when a leak will occur due to long-term use.

■Solution

The FRP lining method, which utilizes our know-how as a tank manufacturer, compensates for defects caused by corrosion in underground tanks by forming an FRP layer after cleaning. This construction method can stop the progress of corrosion in existing underground tanks and prevent leaks. *This is not intended to repair underground tanks that are already leaking. Features

One 10KL tank can be installed in about 7 days, and four tanks can be installed in about 15 days. In addition, construction can be carried out even during temporary business hours, so you can extend the life of your tank without having to close your business.
