About This Product

This is a transfer foil (IMR foil) that inserts the foil into the mold during plastic injection molding and transfers the foil at the same time as molding.

■Features

・Decoration is possible at the same time as molding. ・Possible to decorate 3D curved surfaces ・Transfer base material ABS, AC, PCABS, etc.

■Applications

Surface design treatment for home appliances/OA/communication equipment/automobile interior parts/exterior parts/cosmetics/toys, etc.

■Characteristics

The art foil is placed inside the mold, and melted resin is poured into the adhesive side of the art foil to form the product. When the mold is opened and the molded product is taken out, the polyester film is peeled off from the art foil release layer, and the printed molded product is completed at the same time.
