About This Product
■Our fire damper has been certified as a "specific disaster prevention product" by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
- When connecting a product with a fire damper to a pipe (duct), make sure that there is no leakage from the connection.
・Products with fire damper have thermal fuses of 72℃ (standard) and 120℃. ① Please use 72℃ in your room, living room, toilet, etc. ② Be sure to use 120℃ for exhaust in kitchen ranges and fireboxes.
・Do not install the thermal fuse in a location where it is difficult to maintain it.
- Check the thermal fuse periodically (within one year) for signs of corrosion, and if corrosion occurs, replace the thermal fuse.
■Features
- Thin design that follows the TR hood.
・The top of the hood is obliquely closed to prevent birds from forming nests.
・The thin design makes it suitable for areas with narrow boundaries between neighboring properties.
- Comes with 2 knock-type holes and 2 stainless steel screws, so it can be firmly fixed to the exterior wall.
・The design follows the TR hood, so it can be used as a TRD or CRSD hood for forced exhaust, or as an RKD hood for natural air supply.
-The lower part of the hood is diagonally and deeply lowered, making it a good structure for rain protection.
・Soundproofing effect approximately 19-21dB in the 500Hz range
- Ideal for music rooms, theater rooms, and areas with heavy traffic.
・As the sound absorbing material is flammable, please avoid using it in the kitchen or other areas where fire is handled.
- Installation in a place with high humidity or oil may accelerate the deterioration of the sound absorbing material.
- Since it is a screw assembly type, the hood and louver can be removed even after installation, allowing for easy fuse replacement and cleaning.
・The standard set temperature fuse is for 72℃.
・Cationic electrodeposition coating + powder coating (clear color is powder coating only)
*When using for forced ventilation, we recommend the one without insect screen (CRSD-100SM, CRSD-150SM).
