About This Product

Until now, the common practice for building concrete gutters in kitchens was to build wooden forms, pour concrete into them, and then adjust the slope of the bottom. This method requires man-hours (labor and time), and the quality depends on the skill level of the worker. Also, the concrete had to be repainted every time it deteriorated. RakuPit® can be installed as is, making it highly workable and shortening the construction period. During construction, easy transport and easy construction. RakuPit® is easy to clean and manage even after installation. Compatible with 200 width gutters, the sloped type allows for easy and reliable drainage without leaving any puddles. Weighing up to 5.4kg/m, we offer lightweight FRP grating (gutter cover) and stainless steel pit cover types. Ideal for commercial kitchens such as bars and fast food restaurants. The FRP (fiber-reinforced plastic) drainage gutter unit for kitchens, ``Raku Pit®,'' is an original Hocos product with no similar products available from other companies. Various layouts can be created by combining them. A special joint adapter for ultra-shallow grease interceptors eliminates stagnation and accumulation in side gutters and ensures that wastewater flows into the grease interceptor.
