About This Product

■High workability and maintainability

The FRP grease trap (grease trap) is lightweight, making it easy to install and transport. The inner surface is coated with gel coat. Smooth and shiny, scum and oil resistant, easy to clean.

■What is a grease trap (grease trap)?

A grease trap, also called a grease trap, is a type of equipment mainly used in restaurants and food processing facilities. Wastewater from commercial kitchens contains large amounts of oil and fat. Compliant with the Society of Air Conditioning and Sanitary Engineers' plan (SHASE-S217-2016) and certified by the Japan Collector Industry Association.

■About the certification system

In response to the enactment of the "Air Conditioning and Sanitary Engineering Standard HASS213" in 1985, the Japan Collector Industry Association established the "Grease Collector Performance Certification Committee (since 1991, the Grease Collector Certification Committee)" in 1985. ” and started the grease interceptor certification system. The certification certificate from the Japan Interceptor Manufacturers Association is a "marker" for grease interceptors with appropriate capacity and structure. Hocos's blockers, both certified and non-certified products, are designed using the same technical standards.
