About This Product

■Grease interceptor (grease trap)

A grease trap, also called a grease trap, is a type of equipment mainly used in restaurants and food processing facilities. Wastewater from commercial kitchens contains large amounts of oil and fat. This oil and fat solidifies when cooled and adheres to the inside of the drain pipe, which is a major cause of clogging the drain pipe. A grease interceptor floats and separates the oil and fat in this wastewater.

Kitchen wastewater flows directly into the interceptor from the gutter (pit). The main body is made of stainless steel. It's durable and recyclable.
