About This Product

Ultra-compact machining center with a height of 1,600mm. Since the jig can be moved to the transfer position, the transfer device can be simplified. High rigidity is achieved with a well-balanced shaft configuration in which the jig side moves up and down. The bedless structure enables long-time high-precision machining. ■Highly flexible line configuration with reduced height Any loading height can be accommodated by moving the jig side up and down. In the case of a line configuration using a gantry loader, etc., by removing the vertical stroke from the transport device, a simple line with reduced height can be constructed, making it possible to use it even in factories with low ceilings. Simplifying the conveyor equipment leads to cost reduction and cycle time reduction.
