The first column has an integrated bed structure, achieving high rigidity and a low center of gravity for the entire machine. The second column, the movable column, is made of ductile cast iron to reduce weight. By making the Y-axis moving part as small and lightweight as possible, it achieves both energy savings and high acceleration/deceleration, leading to improved productivity.
