About This Product

Space-saving, high efficiency, high precision compatible.

■Twin spindle

Each machine has two spindles, allowing for a production plant per installation area.

■Equipped with pitch correction function between spindles

Independent control of each spindle's X-axis unit. By correcting the pitch between spindles, it is possible to compensate for thermal displacement of the jig. Since the Z-axis units are also independent, tool length correction can be performed for each spindle.

■Bedless freedom from thermal displacement

Since the XYZ axis guide and spindle are close to each other, the force transmission path between the main shaft and jig is short and highly rigid. The positional relationship between the jig and the spindle remains unchanged. The influence of coolant and chips on the machining unit and jig base is minimized.

■High rigidity

By attaching the spindle processing section and the workpiece to the same part, such as a jig that fixes the workpiece, the force loop is shortened and high rigidity is achieved.
