About This Product

■Bedless so saves space

By placing the maintenance equipment on the front and back of the machine, maintenance from the side is no longer necessary, and it is also possible to install the machines without any gaps or install them on the wall. The control panel at the rear of the machine can be opened and closed, ensuring a wide area for maintenance. Maintenance work can be carried out smoothly. When comparing the newly developed NS70 and our horizontal machining center RM70H (consisting of 6 units), the installation space is less than half that of the conventional one. When we compare the dead space when converting our conventional horizontal machining center RS50H to NJ50 for shaft machining, the dead space is less than 90%.

■High accuracy because it is bedless

Since there is no bed under the workpiece, there is nothing underneath the workpiece, and chips and coolant that are generated during cutting rarely come into contact with the machine body. Therefore, the machine is hardly affected by the heat of chips or coolant, and high-precision machining can be maintained for a long time.

■High rigidity because it is bedless

By attaching the spindle processing section and the non-processing section, such as the jig that fixes the workpiece, to the same part, the force loop is shortened and high rigidity is achieved.
