About This Product

■Summary

・This system is a gas (O2, N2, CO2, etc.) and water vapor permeability measuring device for plastic bottles that takes full advantage of the features of the gas chromatography method adopted by JIS. ・The gas that permeates from the test specimen set in the cell is sent to the measuring tube of the thermal gas sampler by purge gas, and after being measured, it is introduced into the gas chromatograph and the amount of permeation is measured.

■Features

・Gas/vapour/liquid barrier properties can be measured in the shape of plastic bottles (PET, PP, etc. containers). ・The transmission direction can be arbitrarily selected from the outside to the inside of the container or from the inside to the outside. ・3 or 6 test samples can be measured simultaneously. - Compatible with plastic bottles of various diameters by replacing the super cap. ・Temperature conditions can be changed arbitrarily (stored in a constant temperature bath). ・In addition to containers such as plastic bottles, it can also measure container stoppers. - Information on changes in transmitted components over time can also be obtained using dedicated software. ・We also have a permeability measurement device specifically for carbonated beverages that measures CO2 with high sensitivity.
