About This Product

The assembly type super large diameter propulsion tube is a propulsion tube that can be divided into upper and lower halves, and is a product that can accommodate inner diameters of 3500mm to 5000mm. Mainly used in sewer pipes, rainwater storage pipes, road underpasses, etc. Conventional propulsion tubes could only be transported with an inner diameter of up to 3,000 mm due to restrictions under the Road Traffic Act, but by dividing them, we were able to clear the height restrictions for transport.

Compared to the shield method, significant economic benefits are expected when the propulsion length is short. It also makes it possible to shorten the construction period. To assemble the pipe, after applying acrylic resin to the joint surfaces, the upper and lower parts are connected using cotter fastening (wedge insertion). It can be assembled using general tools, except for the special jack for fastening the cotter and the special pump. (The jack and pump are leased.)

Steel collars are joined using a combination of welding and bolted plate connections. Watertight performance supports up to 0.2MPa.
