About This Product

Efficient and speedy packaging of a wide variety of vegetables. Compatible with a wide range of vegetables, from leafy vegetables to root vegetables!

■Horizontal sealerThe horizontal seal opening height setting, vertical speed adjustment, operation timing, forward/backward movement amount, and speed can be easily set using screen operations.

■Vertical sealerIn addition to adjusting the operating timing and speed (tension) of the film drive and film feed roller, servo motors are placed separately for the film feed roller and seal roller, and the speeds are controlled individually to achieve beautiful seals. The vertical seal uses a bar sealer system in addition to the seal roller, and is designed to ensure reliable sealing.The seal roller pressure can be adjusted with air to prevent seal failures due to changes in film thickness. Additionally, the bar sealer/seal roller opens when no product is supplied for a certain period of time.

■Film shaftIt is designed so that the film will be in the center position of the bar by simply turning the handle. When replacing film, you can prevent mistakes in threading the film by securing it with tape on the film splicing stand.

■Variable formerThe width can be easily adjusted with the variable former (bag making machine), so you can easily change the bag size to match the vegetables and film width.

New feature box motion
■Box motion operations can be controlled individuallyBox motion, which is only available on the FR160, uses separate servo motors for vertical and longitudinal movements, making it possible to adjust the movement to suit the product. The cut pitch can be shortened, so you can save on film.

Packed with other great features
■Film drive rollerTension can be adjusted using the film drive roller. Stable film feeding is achieved by setting the optimal tension to match the film.

■Random functionIt is now possible to automatically determine the length of the product and package it to the optimal length. You can set it from the LCD panel.

■Realizes high safety and ease of use-In addition to the covering that prevents access to the drive part, the distance to the side sealer is designed to be longer than before. You can work safely.
・Uses belt drive. Compared to commonly used chain drives, it is much quieter.
- Equipped with film end detection device. When the film runs out, the LCD screen and sound will notify you.
