The highly concentrated "white" made possible by using two lines of white ink brings out the original coloring properties of color ink. The VJ-1617HJ has both beautiful drawing ability and the ability to handle a variety of media, making it possible to handle a variety of applications such as glass windows, plastics, colored cardboard, and paper drawings in the printing industry.

By using white ink, it is compatible with a wider variety of media.
■Two drawing modes to choose from depending on the media.The drawing mode can be selected from 4-color mode (KCMY) and 5-color mode (4 colors + white) depending on the media at the time of delivery. By using 2 lines for white, you can draw with higher density.

■Equipped with an automatic circulation mechanism that protects the stability of white ink.Equipped with an ink circulation mechanism that prevents white ink from settling through regular circulation. If the product will not be used for a long time, use sleep mode (replacing cleaning solution) to prevent sedimentation.

■Layer printing for a variety of uses.White ink is printed on top of the KCMY color print, and then color KCMY is printed on top of that. The versatile layer printing allows it to be used with a variety of media and applications.

Compatible with 15mm thick rigid board materials and roll media.
■Rubber conveyance roller that expands compatibility with rigid media.Rubber conveyance rollers and front and rear auxiliary rollers expand the ability to handle glass, etc. In addition to the LED pointer that makes it easy to align the origin, the head automatically detects and adjusts the height of the media.

Drying capacity has been increased with the newly developed blower heater that comes standard.
■Dries the entire printed surface with gentle hot air.Gently dry the entire printed surface with hot air at 40-50℃ from above the printer. Our ability to handle rigid media such as glass has been further enhanced.

Automatic cleaning reduces maintenance burden.
■Automatic cleaning mechanism that prevents white ink from settling.- Automatically cleans the capping part by discharging cleaning liquid.
- Automatically circulates ink when the power is turned on and 24 hours after sleep.
・Short-term (2 to 7 days) preservation maintenance that circulates white ink once a day after replacing the ink in the head with cleaning liquid.
・Long-term (more than 7 days) storage mode that cleans all paths before powering off.
