About This Product

■SummaryThis is a printer that uses sublimation disperse dye ink to print on special transfer paper and thermally transfer it to polyester fabric. Because there are few steps, printed fabrics can be easily created without incurring cost and time. It is used for many printed fabrics because it has good color development and excellent fastness.

■Equipped with 4 print heads in staggered arrangementThe four print heads are arranged in a staggered arrangement to achieve surprisingly high speed printing. Productivity has improved significantly. The fastest print speed achieved is 117.3m2/h.

■Production possible at office levelThe pre- and post-processing of fabrics, which requires large-scale facilities, knowledge, and technology, is provided by Dejina Co., Ltd.'s Niigata factory. Since no equipment other than a printer is required, it is possible to produce a wide variety of original textiles in small lots at the office level.

■Highly functional design- Pressure roller down method with manual lever, easy to operate from either the front or the back. Pressure force can be selected from two levels: "Standard" and "Strong" depending on the media.
・The pressure roller can be easily adjusted manually. It can be raised and lowered individually to prevent wrinkles even on thin transfer paper.
・Standard-equipped heavy-duty feeding and winding device realizes stable media transport. *Supports maximum media 100kg/220lbs.

■Built-in large dual heater- Large dual heaters built into the printer body quickly dry printed media, achieving dramatic production speed.
- Built-in large dual heaters in two rows, top and bottom, on the back side of the front paper guide. The heater temperature can be set individually from the panel. It is also possible to check the heater temperature and change settings without interrupting printing operations.

■MUTOH Status Monitor (MSM) allows you to check the printer status in real timeYou can operate and check the status of your MUTOH printer on your computer. This software brings out the maximum performance of your printer.
