About This Product

■Summary

A sewing unit for sewing darts and pleats with an attractive compact design. 743-121-01 is equipped with a double chainstitch sewing machine. 743-12-01 is equipped with a lockstitch sewing machine. Operators can quickly change the specifications of darts and pleats by simply exchanging template sets. Optimized operation ensures excellent dart and pleat quality, even for inexperienced operators. Accurate reproducibility provides stable quality of darts and pleats and stable sewing for a wide range of materials. High productivity due to fully overlapped working steps and short cycle times. Programming is easy with the OP3000 operation panel. Stitch length control can be selected by photocell or stitch length program.

■Features

・Positioning: “Material take-up method from the front”: Includes pleat depth adjustment function. Seven different depths can be preset. ・Positioning “Material take-up method from the left side”: Waterfall style with a vacuum table. (0793 080000) ・Template set for darts (0793 078001): The patented template set firmly grips the material during dart sewing and supports sewing. ・Template set for pleats (0793 078034): The patented template set firmly grips the material during pleat sewing and supports sewing. - Alignment of materials. Set the materials according to the folding table. ・Various darts and pleat angles can be adjusted using simple adjustment methods.
