■Summary

Automatic holing machine 581 - Innovative holing technology. In 1935, we developed the first buttonhole sewing machine under the Dürkop brand, and since then we have accumulated all kinds of experience and have now developed the 581ASIC/CLASSIC/MUTIFLEX. We achieve high quality by maximizing adaptability, and our new high-grade control technology "DAC Comfort" provides various conveniences such as time savings and improved productivity. Based on Dorkopp Alder's operating concept, in combination with state-of-the-art graphic program control, all pothole parameters can be easily set.

・7 types of subclasses and various thread cutting systems and cutting systems can be selected ・Safety and performance with “DAC Comfort” ・Optimized needle tension for perfect sewing quality ・Can be used for various purposes with a wide range of equipment and options ・Programming settings for cutting mode, condensed stitch, stitch width, bar tacking, and eyelet holes allow for perfect sewing even on delicate materials. - Sewing start point can be programmed depending on the shape of the hole (e.g. cases where core thread is not used, such as sleeves or back pockets of pants).
