About This Product
■Summary
In addition to our film inspection line, we have recently started selling a new film cleaner that combines a rubber roller and an adhesive roller. We work with manufacturers who have accumulated know-how over many years to propose the optimal clean system for your product's production line. We can also custom-make products to suit your production line.
In principle, there are two types of dust removal methods.The first method uses a rubber roll to capture dust from the film and transfer it to an adhesive sheet roll, which is a consumable item.
The second is a rubber roll that captures dust from the film and transfers it to the rubber roll. Compared to adhesive sheet rolls, the combination of high-precision rollers allows for more stable dust removal work.
The lifespan varies greatly depending on the amount of dust and line speed. Rubber rolls usually have a lifespan of one year or more, depending on line speed and environment.
■Web cleaner device
We offer various types of web cleaner devices to accommodate each customer's application.
■Hand clean roll series (silicon type)
You can choose from HSS series and LPS series. Compatible width 12 inches/6 inches. HSS is a polished product and LPS is a mirror finished product.
■Fully automatic roll cleaning system
A fully automatic roll cleaning system can be installed as an option for all CMW-SRR, CMW-ULT, SRR-H, and SRR-W devices. This system is useful in areas where it is difficult for operators to enter and exit due to space constraints or where maintenance is difficult.
■Single roll cleaning system
This is a cleaner device compatible with SRR rolls. Choose from 3 types and 11 types of adhesion. Compatible web width: 500mm-1600mm
