■Summary
Measures the adhesion strength of thin films. Measurements can be performed in accordance with JIS R 3255 and JIS K 7376. It is used for evaluation of DLC, ITO, ZnO, SiO, SiN, etc. It is used to evaluate optical thin films, recording disks, semiconductors, etc.
■Features
・It is possible to evaluate the adhesion strength of ultra-thin films with a film thickness of μm or less. *Measurement results exist for films with a thickness of 10 nm.
・It is possible to heat the sample and evaluate it in a heated environment.
・Can measure curved surfaces of lenses, etc.
・Possible to set the position of the measurement area in advance by observing with a microscope
・Measurement does not require time (about 1 to 2 minutes per measurement)
・Simple OK/NG evaluation is possible by determining the presence or absence of destruction during constant load measurement
