About This Product
■Summary
Measures the adhesion strength of plating and hard coatings. Scratch measurement is possible when applying a load of up to 30kg. Measurements can be performed in accordance with ISO 20502. It is used for evaluating DLC, TiN, etc.
■Features
・Detects the peeling point (breakage point) of the film from changes in frictional force
・Displays the applied load and friction force in a graph in real time
・Stress (frictional force) and load value (applied load) can be detected with one sensor
・Feedback-based load control increases the applied load linearly
・You can easily set the measurement area by operating the joystick.
・It is possible to measure the breaking sound with an AE sensor and add detection of the peeling point of the membrane (optional)
