About This Product

■Summary

This is a high-temperature water radiation explosion suppression system that is applicable to wide spaces (open connection volume) of 20m3 or more. The instant release valve on the high-temperature water container opens in response to a signal from a pressure sensor, and high-temperature water is emitted in a mist, extinguishing the flame and inactivating the surrounding area. There are some products that surpass powder suppressants in terms of radiation distance and anti-inflammatory effect. This is the world's only explosion suppression device using high-temperature water.

■System

・A heater is installed in the suppression container, and it is constantly filled with high-pressure, high-temperature water at 180℃ 1.5Mpas. ・At the same time as the pressure detector installed at the explosion starting point operates, the gas generator operates and the quick release valve opens. - Highly heated water is vaporized and released from the 4-inch diameter outlet. ・The amount of hot water required is 1L or more per 1m3 of the volume to be suppressed. The radiation distance of the suppressant is 20 meters, which is five times that of the powder drug.

■Main features

・Highly hot water particle size of 50μm or less has an ideal anti-inflammatory effect. ・There is no more earth-friendly inhibitor than pressurized high-temperature water. ・Since the inhibitor is water, refilling is easy. ・Since the inhibitor outlet uses a hinged instant release valve (reusable) instead of a rupture sealing plate, there is no contamination such as debris. ・Easy to restore operation because it is filled with purified water. - Filling pressure can be temporarily released during construction, etc.
