About This Product

■New EasyVent series of flame-retardant explosion vents that meet customer safety requirements

EasyQuench AQ is a flame retardant vent that can be used indoors. It extinguishes flames and prevents the release of combustion dust and unburned dust. It also has sufficient cooling function. With normal venting, flame and dust are dissipated outside the process in the event of an explosion. If the process to be protected is located indoors, ducting is generally used to channel the explosion out of the building. With EasyQuench AQ, these costs are no longer necessary. EasyQuench AQ is an explosive fire extinguishing vent certified by the ATEX directive (EC certificate number: INERIS 14ATEX0049X). This product can be used indoors and outdoors. It is the simplest solution that does not require venting or ductwork to a safe external location.

■EasyQuench AQ Anti-inflammatory vent

EasyQuench AQ is low pressure resistant and effectively blocks flame and heat dissipation. This simplifies indoor installation work and layout of protected equipment. It is rectangular in shape and is implemented by a rectangular EasyVent panel. EasyQuench AQ is available in various sizes. Each comes with a burst sensor (software). It is certified by the French certification body INERIS and complies with the latest standard EN 16009:2011 for explosive fire-extinguishing vents.

■Flame-extinguishing explosion vent

Explosive vents are the most cost-effective method of explosion protection, but releasing them indoors can increase damage. A flame-extinguishing and pressure-absorbing mechanism (stainless steel mesh) is added to the dissipation port cover to suppress pressure rise and prevent dust and flame from escaping. We also carry many regular emission port covers.
