High precision 3D inspection system
■Robot x Laser sensor (L-Qualify / Linkwiz)
Linkwiz's automatic inspection tool "L-Qualify" is an automatic inspection tool that realizes an inspection system that takes advantage of the robot's high repeatability and information in the robot space. By using the Linkwiz dedicated controller, it can be installed in the inspection line as a highly reliable inspection system.
■Development example
By attaching a Keyence sensor to a 6-axis articulated robot and combining it with Linkwiz software, it is possible to perform highly accurate visual inspections such as hole position inspection and dimension inspection using 3D space in real time. It will be possible. In addition, by accumulating inspection and measurement history information, workpiece trends can be managed.
