■Summary
DTY enables connection and integrated management of die casting machines regardless of their manufacturer. DTY=Die casting machine traceability system of Yutaka.
Because DCMs (die-casting machines) and other peripheral equipment are made by different manufacturers, it was not possible to manage the DCM and peripheral equipment all at once, and the status and data had to be checked individually, which was extremely time-consuming. By using DTY, it is possible to collect information from each piece of equipment and display and manage it all at once.
By connecting compact size (L500 x W550 x H1,250) monitoring devices via a network, you can monitor multiple die castings, making it possible to monitor multiple die castings instead of the conventional one monitoring device.
■Temperature monitoring system using thermography
By adding mold temperature monitoring (optional), it is also possible to monitor the temperature using mold thermography.
■From peripheral equipment for aluminum die casting to equipment monitoring
Input/output can be set for up to 62 digital signal points and up to 160 analog signal points. In addition, up to four types of measurement data such as injection speed can be displayed for each shot of the trend graph, making data visualization possible. It is also possible to measure the spray flow rate, etc. with the vacuum device and holding furnace options.
