■Summary
Using a spray head equipped with a compact nozzle (CSN series) developed in-house, we have achieved a significant reduction in the amount of mold release agent used.
■Features
It is compatible with spray systems for die-casting from DCM100t to 4,000t, and can be used for simple small amount spraying and simple strobe spraying using our standard atomizer. In addition, for intermittent blowing, the solenoid valve can be set arbitrarily from 1/100 seconds by combining a strobe spray high-speed response solenoid valve and a high-speed control valve controller.
■Advantages of strobe spray
While regular spray nozzles tend to cause overspray and uneven coating, Toyo Denshi Kogyo's strobe spray nozzle allows you to control the spray time on the mold surface at a constant level. It also achieves uniformity in the amount of mold release agent applied.
