About This Product

Overview

■What is superheated steam/hot air heating system?

Superheated steam is colorless and transparent thermally radioactive H₂O gas (steam with a temperature higher than its boiling point) that is obtained by further heating saturated steam. Since the inside of the furnace can be kept in a nearly oxygen-free state, there is no risk of fire, and it also plays a role in preventing deterioration due to oxidation. Heating with hot air eliminates the need for equipment such as a boiler, and this device, which has a simple system configuration, can quickly and uniformly raise the temperature of the object using the fluidity of the high-temperature fluid and the appropriately placed electric heater. It can be used for a variety of purposes, including heat treatment (tempering, etc.) of metal products, preheating before melting, softening and heat curing of fiber reinforced resins, cleaning and drying. The instantaneous power of electricity shortens heating time to one-tenth of conventional methods. Product features

■Significant reduction in heating time

Ultra-fast heating of metal products weighing 1 to 10 kg up to 250°C in about 3 minutes. It takes about 4 minutes to reach 400℃.

■Excellent temperature uniformity

Uniformly heats the entire metal at a uniform temperature. The temperature deviation of metal products is within 15℃.

■Space saving

The installation area was kept to 1m x 1.5m.

■Available for complex shapes

Uniform heating is possible even for products with complex shapes with many uneven surfaces.

■Suitable for low-volume, high-mix production

Since the product can be heated one by one, it is also compatible with the "one-piece flow" process required by the automobile industry, which allows small quantities to be produced in a short period of time according to the required quantity. Contributes to reducing factory production time, inventory, and defective products. Significantly reduces time and space compared to conventional methods.
