■Hot-dip galvanizing (corrosion resistance) + phosphoric acid low brightness treatment (weather resistance)

Fine zinc phosphate crystals are generated by applying phosphoric acid low brightness treatment after hot-dip galvanizing. The deep gray color is achieved by treating the crystal formation process with various special chemicals. Unlike the shiny silvery-white plating exterior, the colors range from light gray to dark gray, and the varying shades of pattern create a calm atmosphere that harmonizes with nature. ■Corrosion resistance

Hot-dip galvanizing has excellent corrosion resistance by forming a dense protective film. Phosphoric acid low brightness is a hot-dip galvanized surface treated with phosphoric acid, and its corrosion resistance is equivalent to hot-dip galvanized.

■Weather resistance

Since phosphoric acid low brightness is an inorganic material, it will not be affected by fading or peeling due to UV rays even after long-term use. Therefore, stable color tone can be maintained for a long period of time, making it maintenance-free.

■Appearance characteristics

・Crystal pattern The pattern seen in low phosphoric acid brightness is a clear crystal pattern of the hot-dip galvanized film. When zinc solidifies during the hot-dip galvanizing process, zinc crystals form on the surface. A chain of these zinc crystals forms a crystal pattern (spangle pattern). The formation of crystal patterns is affected by the product's plate thickness, type of steel, chemical composition, etc. Due to the difference in the amount of heat held by the product, the cooling rate of the zinc differs, causing differences in crystal growth, which may make it difficult to form crystal patterns. Furthermore, due to the influence of the material and chemical composition of the product, different crystal patterns may be generated even if products of the same shape are plated under the same conditions. ・Effects of chemical composition of steel materials Due to the shape of the product, plate thickness, chemical composition of the steel, etc., the phenomenon of "scorching" may occur in the appearance of hot dip galvanized and phosphoric acid low brightness products. When "scorching" occurs in hot-dip galvanizing, the crystalline state of zinc phosphate is different from other parts when phosphoric acid low brightness treatment is applied, and the specified color tone becomes uneven and the Munsell value deviates from the control value. There is. Also, if "scorch" occurs, the normal crystal pattern will hardly be visible.
