About This Product

By using the locking element from Durimaitec Co., Ltd., there is no need for troublesome keyway machining on the shaft or hub, and high torque can be transmitted. This has benefits not only for the manufacturing site but also for designers, such as greatly improving work efficiency and increasing the strength of parts because there are no notches in the parts. The popular type is versatile and compatible with similar products from other companies, and we also have elements with special dimensions in stock other than the popular type that other companies do not have, making them very convenient. Various formats are available, so please select and use according to your application. Durimaitec's locking elements are used to transmit power without the need for keyway machining on shafts and hubs. Since there are no keyways or notches, the strength of the parts is increased and more power can be transmitted efficiently. Durimaitec's fastening rings are used to secure components on a shaft against axial force (Fr), as well as to secure rotating shafts and sprockets, rotating shafts and gears, etc. against rotational torque (T). Used to transmit power by fixing against resistance. In addition, it can also be used as a rigid coupling by directly connecting the shafts.

Suitable for thin parts with small hub outer diameter. Space-saving, high torque transmission ability, and alignment properties. This type has the same inner and outer diameters as the DR300C type, the inner ring is integrated with the flange, and bolts are also included. Used when the external shape of the hub is the same as DR300, 300C and cannot be made larger. Unlike DR300 and DR300C, it has alignment properties, so no boss is required and it is suitable for thin parts. It has a large transmission force, and the inner and outer diameters of DR300 and DR300C are compatible, so it can be replaced where multiple stages are used.
