■Product introduction

This product is a vibration-damping and sound-insulating material used for car door panels, floors, luggage parts (trunk part in the case of sedans), ceiling surfaces, etc. ・With a high loss coefficient, it has excellent vibration damping and sound cutting, suppresses resonance due to vibration, and is effective in cutting noise from entering the room. ・We conducted tests for VOC, SVOC, ROHS, ELV, glass haze, flame retardance, etc. based on the standards of each automobile manufacturer, and it was proven that the product was superior to the standards of the customer. ・Low density, lightweight type. ・This is a type that can be pasted by heating. Place the product on the installation location and heat it to a temperature of 130-140℃, the entire surface will become soft, and after 20-30 minutes, it will stick firmly even on uneven surfaces. ・This product uses the same construction method as vibration-damping asphalt, but it is superior to vibration-damping asphalt in terms of odor, VOC, density, loss coefficient, etc. - Magnetic adhesive makes vertical positioning easy and position adjustment possible.
