About This Product

■Product introduction

This product is a double-sided tape that uses butyl rubber and polyisobutylene as main raw materials, and uses the latest patented technology to blend particles with a diameter of 1 mm into the butyl adhesive layer.

■Features

- Contains particles, so it has strong pressure resistance, prevents adhesive from extruding, ensures a thick adhesive layer, and has excellent impact resistance. - Retains flexibility even after bonding, is not hard, can follow vibrations and expansion/contraction, and has excellent airtightness, waterproofness, vibration isolation, and shock absorption. ・Exhibits strong adhesion to a wide range of substrates, is thick, and adapts well to rough surfaces, uneven surfaces, and steps. ・It has excellent weather resistance and durability, and exhibits excellent adhesion and waterproofing power for 20 years. ・Excellent acid resistance, alkali resistance, and chemical resistance.

■Applications

It is used to seal joints in thin light-gauge steel roofs, color steel plate joints, transparent slate joints, cooling tower mechanisms, etc.
