About This Product

■What is a carrier tape reel?

After taping electronic parts and precision parts at the customer's manufacturing site, carrier tape is wound up and used for transportation, storage, and mounting on a mounter. There are also cases where it is used to transport parts and work-in-progress within a process.

■Production bases in Japan and overseas

YAC Garter has reel production bases in Japan and overseas. Because we can provide a stable supply from our production bases that are closer to our customers' manufacturing sites, we can respond quickly from ordering to delivery. Therefore, there is no need for customers to hold inventory, which contributes to reducing the space occupied by storage spaces and warehouses.

■Commitment to environmentally friendly materials

We are focusing on developing materials that are environmentally friendly. We also have reels made from eco-friendly materials that have been re-pelletized after collecting and sorting used plastic reels. This product is attracting attention because it is environmentally friendly and cost-effective.

■Development of lightweight reel
