About This Product
This is a device that probes the backside of LEDs supplied from parts feeders and classifies them into ranks based on the electrical and optical inspection results. A mechanism is used to minimize damage to devices when sorting and discharging. Recommended for customers who handle delicate devices such as LEDs with lenses.
■Damage-free discharge that is friendly to devices
We use automatic drop technology to avoid damaging devices during sorting and ejection. Ideal for sorting devices that are susceptible to damage by regular evacuation methods such as LEDs with lenses.
■ Realizes total luminous flux measurement of LED
The "total luminous flux value", which indicates the brightness of an LED, can be measured using a method compliant with JIS standards. By adopting a uniquely developed mechanism, all light is captured within the integrating sphere, allowing accurate measurement of total luminous flux values.
