This is a device that classifies chip LEDs supplied from parts feeders into ranks based on the results of electrical and optical inspection. One device supports Top/Side View LED classification. By quickly sorting chip LEDs of various sizes, we contribute to improving the efficiency and productivity of our customers' manufacturing lines.

By installing special parts, it is possible to classify Top/Side View LED measurements. Since it can be shared with one device, it leads to lower installation costs and space savings.

It is possible to measure and classify chip LEDs of various sizes. Available sizes vary for each series. You can choose the device that matches the size of the product you are dealing with.
