About This Product

Based on the measurement results obtained in the previous process, this device picks up only devices of the same rank from the wafer ring, sorts them by rank, and stores them in a ring cassette. By adopting the newly developed P&P arm and greatly reducing transportation time, and increasing the accuracy of storing (pasting) with the automatic position correction function, it contributes to improved productivity.

■High-precision pickup technology

Achieves the pickup of silicon chips with a size of □10.0mm and a thickness of 50µm. Our damage mitigation technology prevents damage to large, ultra-thin devices that are prone to cracking.

■Vertical supply/storage improves processing capacity

By setting the wafer ring vertically, you can shorten the transfer distance from supply to pasting (storage) side. Even if the wafer size increases, it can continue operating without reducing processing capacity.

■125 classification function, rare in the industry

It supports 125 classifications, which is rare in the industry. This is a feature that customers who want to categorize devices in detail will be very happy with.
