About This Product

This is a measuring instrument that measures each characteristic of a laser diode under the customer's desired application conditions and ranks them. The development of a high-speed pulse unit has made it possible to apply and measure short pulse widths. It can suppress heat generation during measurement and achieve highly accurate measurements. We will solve your problems with our advanced measurement technology.

■High-speed pulse measurement

Apply current with short pulse width and measure voltage. In existing pulse measurements, the fastest application time was 10 µsec, but by designing and incorporating a dedicated unit, we have made it possible to apply at a high speed of 200 ns.

■FFP measurement

By using a CMOS camera, real-time FFP (radiation angle distribution) measurement is achieved. It is compatible with elements with a wide light emitting area, with a work distance of 4 mm, a beam diameter of φ3 mm, and an angular range of ±43°.

■Polarization measurement

Measures the polarization extinction ratio of incident light. By controlling the rotation of the polarizer with a motor, the angular resolution is increased and measurements with high reproducibility are achieved. By changing the sensor head, it is possible to handle wavelengths from visible light to infrared.
