■Oxygen controller ProOx110

The oxygen controller ProOx110 is a device that can create hypoxic and hyperoxic environments for cell culture and small animal experiments. Oxygen controllers can control oxygen concentration regardless of the shape of the container, as long as it has a certain degree of airtightness, such as a chamber or incubator. By supplying nitrogen gas for low oxygen experiments and oxygen gas for high oxygen experiments, the oxygen concentration inside the container can be controlled within the range of 0.1 to 99.9%.

■Cell culture: want to maintain the entire interior of the incubator in a hypoxic/hyperoxic state

By connecting the oxygen controller to the CO2 incubator you already own, you can control the oxygen concentration inside the refrigerator. Since an existing incubator can be used, there is no need to secure a new installation location, making it economical. When controlling the inside of a large capacity incubator, we recommend the ProOx360 oxygen controller for large capacity.

■Cell culture: We want to create a part of the incubator in a hypoxic/hyperoxic state for more precise concentration control.

Rather than controlling the entire interior of the incubator, it is possible to reduce gas consumption by making the volume more compact by using a chamber. We also recommend using a chamber in combination, especially when high-precision control is required, such as controlling oxygen concentration below 1%. By introducing multiple chambers within the incubator, it is also possible to run multiple protocols simultaneously. *If you also need to control CO2 in the C-chamber, please use ProCO2 together.
