■Modified bearing for QC dry/wet side for brush tank (Model with improved durability and corrosion resistance)
We also provide solutions using "Si₃N₄ bearings" for QC dry and wet sides that have excellent corrosion resistance and lubricity.
■Features
・Completely complementary structure bearing (structure that does not require an internal bearing spacer)
・Compatible with both 200mm and 300mm
・Compared to genuine SUS or ceramic bearings, it has lower density, higher strength, lower thermal expansion, better corrosion resistance, and toughness against cracking.
・You can select either SUS or PEEK for the upper and lower caps depending on the application.
・The internal Si3N4 balls maintain a highly accurate surface shape and achieve excellent lubricity. It also has quick temperature dispersion properties.
