About This Product

■What is large area mold, roll-to-roll (R2R) mold?

Most of the molds used for nanoimprinting are generally relatively small in area, such as 20mm x 20mm, but when applying nanoimprinting technology to mass production, it is necessary to increase the number of molds that can be removed per piece and improve production efficiency. In order to increase the height, a large-area mold is required. Furthermore, by using a roll-shaped (cylindrical) mold, continuous production of products using a roll-to-roll (R2R) mechanism is possible.

■Characteristics of temicon

・Equipped with two exposure systems, one for 8-inch wafer size and one for large format 600mm x 500mm, achieving UV exposure performance with a minimum resolution of 0.8μm and aspect ratio of 5. ・Using a laser interference exposure system, we can provide seamless one-dimensional or two-dimensional structures of 1 m square or more. ・We have introduced two Ni electroforming systems for micro/nano patterns, one for 240mm diameter and one for 600mm x 500mm large format, and can respond to customer requests such as materials such as Ni/hard and Ni/nickel alloy and product characteristics. is.
