■Expandable precision-oriented processing machine FP-21TFP-21T is a processing machine that pursues "processing accuracy". With a wide range of options and software functions, it can be used not only for general board processing, but also for thin boards, materials other than boards, three-dimensional boards, and additional processing of boards, making it expandable and versatile.

■It's amazing that you can use a 0.1mm high-frequency cutterOf course. A special cutter is used for high frequency boards. Since it is a straight cutter with a tip diameter of 0.1 mm, it is very easy to break, but the edge of the board can be processed vertically.

Normally, a cutter with an angled tip is used for board processing. It has a thick diameter and is durable, and is effective for quickly making a large number of boards for general processing, but if you process a 0.1mm pattern with the tip of this cutter, the groove will remain trapezoidal, so it cannot be said to be suitable for high-frequency boards. yeah.

When machining 0.1mm using a high-frequency cutter, the vibrations of the processing machine, vibrations of the spindle motor, and core runout have a major effect. Therefore, the fact that you can process with this cutter means that the performance of the processing machine is that much better.

In addition to its highly rigid mechanical design, the FP-21T is equipped with a high-performance spindle motor with minimal center runout (within 20 µm). Furthermore, this spindle motor is a long-life type that uses ceramic bearings.

■FP-21T model 60There are two types of FP-21T, model 40/U and 60, but we recommend model 60 if you will be processing many materials that require a greater load than general circuit boards, or if you will be processing them for a long period of time. Due to the structure of the spindle motor, it is also suitable for machining materials with larger loads than model 40/U.

■Can process materials other than substratesIn addition to regular substrates, we can also process various materials. Since the Z-axis stroke is large and numerical control is possible, it is ideal for surface processing of thick materials. In addition, the air floating type (FP-21THP) can process soft materials without damaging the surface by processing without contacting the workpiece.
