This is a wearable heating unit that takes advantage of the characteristics of carbon nanotube (CNT) film. The unit, which was developed with the premise of being worn on the body, is wrapped on both sides with a protective film of thermoplastic polyurethane and polyester, forming a sheet that is thin and soft to the touch like cloth, and can be used inside apparel, health equipment, etc. It is possible to install it. This CNT film has electrodes on both sides and a sensor on the film to control the temperature.The temperature controller on the mobile battery's connection cord has controls to accurately keep the temperature constant. It is equipped with safety circuits to prevent accidents and measures to avoid low-temperature burns.

■No need for special batteries, can be operated with a general-purpose mobile battery

The CNT film sheet heater unit developed for clothing can be powered from the USB terminal of a mobile battery or the 5V/2A USB terminal installed in PCs, cars, etc. There are also types that can use 9V/2A and 20V/2A PD batteries.

■The entire heater unit can be washed.

The entire heater unit, including the USB terminal, is highly water resistant and can be washed with water. The clothes equipped with the unit can be washed in the washing machine (performance guaranteed 40 times), so you can maintain cleanliness. Please use after washing or if it gets wet, dry it thoroughly. Unique temperature control of the controller

■Temperature control system

Automatically controls power supply on/off using feedback from the temperature sensor. It effectively keeps the set temperature constant, has a high power saving effect, and has a long battery power supply time.
