■Product overview

Carbon nanotubes have long tubes compared to their diameter, and can be stacked alone to form a network-structured film. This carbon nanotube film has excellent electrothermal conversion properties and is thin, soft, and washable, so it can be incorporated into a variety of ready-made home appliances and industrial products, including wearable heating technology.

■Features

It generates heat at an appropriate rate. When used as a heating material, it is possible to accurately control the temperature across the entire surface and control the set temperature, which was difficult with conventional heating wires.

■Differences between heating wire and graphene

Unlike general heating wire heater units (which generate heat in a linear manner), carbon nanotubes generate heat in a planar manner, allowing the entire film to generate heat evenly, resulting in an efficient heating effect.
