About This Product

■Summary

・By concentrating the light from the halogen lamp into a line or strip using a mirror, the workpiece temperature can be heated to over 1,000℃. Local, regional, or surface heating is also possible. ・Halogen lamps have a high efficiency of over 85% and emit light in the near-infrared region with heating power. ・Lamp heater reaches maximum temperature in a few seconds ・There is no need to warm up the machine when starting up or changing processes. ・So to speak, it is an energy-saving heater that can be used only when you want to use it. *CE marking compatible (from June 2017)

■ Fast response, maximum output in a few seconds after startup

・Light radiation rises to almost 100% in a few seconds after turning on the power. ・Operations such as shortening takt time and operating only when necessary are also possible. ・Good controllability and precise temperature control

■High efficiency, high power max1,100℃

・Even during lamp heating, it outputs high power in the near-infrared region. ・Because it directly heats only the necessary parts, it is overwhelmingly more efficient than indirect heating such as with an atmosphere furnace. ・Achieved the highest level of output in the industry compared to equivalent mirror lengths

■Non-contact heating

・One of the charms of lamp heating is that it can be heated from a distance without contact. ・Complete clean heating and heating inside the vacuum furnace from outside through glass is also possible.

We offer a rich lineup including condensing types, parallel light types, long focal length types, and water-cooled and air-cooled types.

■Space-saving compatible

■Special order products and prototypes available

・Please feel free to contact us regarding custom designs such as special orders and prototyping. ・We have many achievements such as output and shape that other companies could not achieve. ・LHW-60 series (parallel light, mirror width: 60mm) can accommodate mirror lengths of 100 to 3,000mm/LHW-65 series (long focus: 75mm, mirror width: 60mm) can accommodate mirror lengths of 100 to 2,500mm ・By combining multiple units, surface heating can be performed at low cost.
